@aek I'm not an expert on this topic but 30% seems a little bit adventurous, that sounds like pre-feminism times, but you can. Also, gender quota discussions pop up every now and then, to force higher positions to have a healthier quota of male/female. The Leftists are demanding a 50/50 quota in the Bundestag.
